Privacy notice

This notice explains how Server Valley Cloud (“we”) handles personal data when you use servervalleycloud.digital, request an engagement brief, or work with us on audits for fintech operators.

Data controller

Data we collect

From contact and newsletter forms: name, email, engagement interest, preferred timing, scope notes, and free-text messages. From engagements: business contact details, roles, and documents you supply that may incidentally contain personal data of customers or staff. From essential site operation: technical logs such as IP address and browser type needed for security.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to briefs and prepare proposals (legitimate interests / pre-contractual steps). We process engagement data to perform the contracted audit (contract). We process essential cookies as described in our cookie notice. Optional analytics run only if you accept non-essential cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiry records are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for seven years after report delivery unless a longer period is required by law or a regulator. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise rights, email hello@servervalleycloud.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Primary storage and coordination occur in Taiwan. If a subprocess or cloud host stores data outside Taiwan, we apply contractual safeguards and limit transfers to what the engagement requires. We will identify material transfer destinations on request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with engagement team members under confidentiality, with hosts needed to operate the site, and with authorities when legally compelled.

Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and least-privilege document rooms for fieldwork. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive customer identifiers in the initial web form.
